1. Speech Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to children, both individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support children's communication development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with children with speech and language disorders preferred.
2. Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Assess children's fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions to address children's functional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support children's participation in classroom activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred.
3. ABA Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to support children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Collect data on children's behavior and progress toward treatment goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred.
- Experience implementing ABA interventions with children preferred.
4. Special Educator
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with special needs.
- Provide direct instruction and support to children with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support children's academic and social-emotional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
- State teaching certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
5. Clinical Psychologist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify children's strengths and areas of need.
- Provide recommendations for educational interventions and support services based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support children's social-emotional development and academic success.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
- License to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) preferred.
- Experience conducting assessments with children preferred.
